In 2025 my elderly mother needed to enter aged care, and quite quickly. The daily rates were significant and we needed to sell her apartment to cover the costs. I was running my small business 1.5 hours away and extremely time poor. By chance, a friend recommended Tracey to me and I got in touch without really realising what it all entailed. Tracey ran the whole show. She liaised with the agents, facilitated access to the flat for the carpet cleaners, handymen, painters, plumbers, electricians, cleaners, and contacted the strata for levy info. She deciphered the conveyancer's jargon and helped the negotiation process with the eventual buyer. She was available 7 days a week and took pretty much every one of my calls immediately, or rang me back within minutes. She even visited my mum in care to make sure she was comfortable with everything, and basically sherpa'd both of us up that massive mountain on her back. I never met her face to face, but I would have been lost without her. And it didn't cost us a single dollar.
